Welcome to my kitchen at Chez-Nous Äänekoski. I prepare homemade breakfasts, private dinners and meals for special occasions for guests staying at our riverside cottage, as well as for people living in the Äänekoski area.

From Five-Star Kitchens to a Table by the River

I started cooking at fifteen and trained in France before working in professional kitchens in France and London, including five-star hotels.

Today, I cook on a smaller and more personal scale at Chez-Nous Äänekoski, combining French technique with Finnish flavours and the peaceful setting of the Salakkajoki River.
